As a runner I have gained experience in various distances both nationally and internationally, such as half marathons like the CPC, the “Dreiländerlauf” and the New York half, as well as full marathons like Rotterdam and New York. This experience forms the basis for the training I provide.
From the beginning of January until the marathon weekend in Rotterdam, my group follows a specific marathon program. Not all members of the group will run the marathon, but the schedule is still easy to follow for everyone. The Tuesday and Thursday training is the same for everyone, while the other training sessions around it are supplemented individually based on personal goals - usually in consultation with me.
Almost everyone in the group uses Strava, which allows me to follow the self-chosen training and progress and to talk to them if necessary. Because I train small groups (maximum 10 runners per session), individual guidance is also possible during the group training.
My main goal is to prepare you well and to have you start the marathon injury-free, so that you can then complete it successfully.
To optimally prepare you for the Rotterdam Marathon, we offer the following package:
From 1 January until the Rotterdam Marathon you will become a member of PAC Rotterdam. This will give you the opportunity to train with the group twice a week. In addition, you can participate free of charge in the four training runs organised by PAC from 20 to 35 km (for non-members the contribution is €5 per run).
When you decide to train with my group (marathon target time 4:20 - 5:00 hours - full is full), you will receive a special marathon schedule and individual guidance. The total cost for this package is a one-time € 68.00
