often it's the little things you've taught yourself that give you lord and dear wellens pain. And just as often you're not aware of this at all, until you've been to me for the running MOT...and now? how do you get rid of this?

do you have the chance to walk on the beach? walking on the beach, preferably barefoot, gives your tendon and its attachments new, different stimuli than walking on the road and can help prevent plantar fasciitis. no beach? use a grass field or a bridle path for example
